Compliance Documentation
The CRG mobile application can track live data using geo-tagging to get the most up to date information and is tailored to each customers safety procedure’s checklists to verify compliance with procedural requirements. We conduct daily audits to analyze hazard trending, risk mitigation, and leading/lagging indicators, allowing for better project planning and execution. Through detailed documentation and field observations.
Safety Incident Reporting and Investigation
CRG manages, documents, and tracks all reported contractor and subcontractor safety incidents, injuries, near-misses, work procedure errors, and property damages. Upon customer request, CRG assists with OSHA recordable and/or reportable investigations including but not limited to, performing root cause analyses, providing subject matter expert opinion, and collect eyewitness statements.
Coaching & Lessons Learned Identification
We document and Track field-based coaching opportunities as opened or closed actions in the field and follow through until completion.
Document Lessons Learned to provide our customers with the data needed for continuous improvement.
Documentation and Retention
All documentation will be completed, reviewed and approved weekly by CRG Project Manager(s) for all contractors and subcontractor audits conducted. Additionally, CRG Project Manager(s) will complete a final analytical data inspection upon completion of the project and ensure all documentations are in order.
All documentation will be stored and retained in accordance with Operational procedures.
We provide you with gap analysis reports with our professional recommendations for improvement.
The Power of Data-Driven Safety
CRG uses advanced technology to equip our safety professionals with real-time access to all safety related data. Our program tracks all your safety data and allows your paper forms to be converted to electronic data tracking forms. CRG can custom build audits, safety observations, unsafe actions, and corrective action forms – all of which is accessible via mobile phone or computer.
All forms are timestamped and geo-tagged, allowing you to see the exact location the data was generated from, as well as view uploaded photos from the field. This geo-tagged system works offline to give you the information that is critical to the safety of your employees, regardless of terrain, location, and network availability.
