CRG understands that quality assurance and quality control begins during the pre-construction phase, and is maintained until the customer accepts the project.  CRG has continually re-engineered our quality control processes to ensure optimal results. Our team recognizes that the effectiveness of any efforts related to quality control are a direct reflection of our ability to collaborate with the owner’s representatives, architects, engineers, and general contractors.

Before contract execution, CRG’s professionals thoroughly familiarize themselves with all aspects of the construction documents and specifications related to quality.  Empowered with a sound knowledge of all contract requirements, our team is able to perform on-site inspections and checks to ensure all quality assurance standards are met throughout the project.

CRG manages and oversees all construction work to ensure compliance with the applicable construction documents.  All work that is not performed to the specifications of the contract and performance work statement can be caught in a timely manner due to our comprehensive QA audit inspections, with the contractor receiving a notice of non-conformance pertaining to the provided services.  CRG is dedicated to providing the top-notch QA/QC support to ensure that the client’s goals and expectations are met on every project, regardless of size or complexity.
